Arimidex, Prolia and Pre existing Osteoporosis

Have had a lumpectomy due to ADH. Oncologist wants to start Arimidex and Prolia. I have pre exsisting osteoporosis. So many worries about side effects and bone health. Has anyone experienced this articular situation?

    Hi Lakegirl. I can't tell what stage you are, but yes I was in a similar situation. After speaking with my MO we decided on Tamoxifen, which builds bones, instead of an AI. And I stayed on the weekly Fosomax pill rather than switchIng to a Prolia shot. I'm 60 and grade 2 stage 1.
