Dent in tissue expander

Good evening! It has been over a year since my diagnoses (I was 33) and I am still in my "journey." I had a UMX in Feb. with expander placement, chemo, Zoladex, Zometa, Tamox and had surgery a prophylactic UMX a week ago (also with expander placement). So BMX now! I noticed today that I have a large dent in my side boob area of my tissue expander. It's very noticeable. I know the expanders aren't meant to look good and lumps and bumps are common but I had healing issues on the other side so I'm overly paranoid I think. I saw my PS today and I was so bandaged up I didn't notice until after. I will ask her next week when I see her next but to ease my mind in the meantime did anyone else ever have any dents or fold looking areas?

Thank you!!! The stressors of this disease are exhausting.

How much saline fill do you have in your TE? My TE's are designed to hold up to 500cc, but had only 250cc put in at time of MX, and two fills of 50cc each since - totaling 350 right now. The TEs are kind of like deflated basketballs when put in (folded over on themselves almost), and as they gradually get filled they expand the TE out, which reduces the folds and creases. I don't feel my folds/dents now compared to right after surgery, but I can still tell they aren't fully inflated. Creepy feelings, but this too shall pass.
