I need a sports bra with under armour support

Options

I am having a lot of issues with my right breast what is slipping under my armpit and I'm having a lot of discomfort. I have one sports bra that supports under my arm and pushes that breast forword to the front. Unfortunately it will not hold my prosthetic on the other side.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good sports bra I can wear all the time to keep that breast going to the front so it doesn't rub up under my arm?

My plan is to find a good mastectomy sports bra was separate cups and a wide band under my arms to provide support both sides.

I would appreciate any help cuz I'm not sure what to do my regular mastectomy bras are good and the ones I got from Walmart also tend to have a wider band under the arm. Unfortunately I really need to push that breast forword also I have a lot of pain from the cording above it right into my armpit.

check out the anaono bras. I went bra shopping a few days ago at Macy's. Calvin Klein is making this bra that fits like a short/just shy of the midriff tank top. Amazed at the amount of support and shaping it provides (I'm a 36 C/D. Depending on joe large your prosthesis is you may be able to slide it in the space where the liner goes into the cup or it may sit just fine in the bra itself.

Champion makes a line of “bullet proof” sports bras (I get mine from Target). They’ve been great at keeping my DIEP recon from moving around at all (the lightest jiggle while running really seems to irritate my recon). They have a higher side band that doesn’t irritate my SNB area, and wider bottom band. My favorite part is they clasp in the back like a traditional bra (so many now are pull-over or pull-over AND clasp...I get all tangled up in those).

exercise guru, it's hard for me to picture what you need since I don't have reconstruction, but you could try on the Amoena Power sports bra or the Amoena Performance sports bra. The Anita Vivana also looks good and my Mum likes it. The Amoena Mona isn't specifically a sports bra but its very supportive, so that may be good too. Please let us know what you find. I hope you find something that helps you feel more comfortable.

+1 on the Champion sports bras from Target that Nancy recommended, the "Power Shape" series specifically but they aren't seamless & might not always look good under clothes. I haven't tried the seamless Power Core yet, but am going to take a look at them next time I'm in a Target because I've been so impressed with the Power Shape (comes in Medium - Max support) . Like Nancy said they are "bulletproof" but I find them incredibly comfortable too, and priced right.
