very nice instructions. You can of course make a cover of flannel if you want it soft against youpr body. Or just pop it in a sock and pin it to the suit. If you take care wuth the shaping, it looks very natural and has some body to it, but hardly any weight.

Lanne, your method would work well, especially for smaller cup sizes.  Larger cup sizes might want to try my method above.

I have a silicone prosthesis. I asked the lady where I got it from if they had some sort of breast form for swimming (they do, it's $50) but she said I could use my prosthesis as long as I wasn't in chlorine all day every day. For occasional use it's okay, just rinse and dry afterwards. It's silicone so it's sturdy enough.
