Scared of recurrence or IBC

I am 4 years out from cancer diagnosis. I had double mastectomy, radiation, , Taxol, Herceptin, and am still on Tamoxifen. I have had a small red spot on my breast for a few weeks. but thought it was just a bruise. This morning I woke up with a lot of pain all over that breast and just in the past 2 hours I noticed it was very red. I have emailed my plastic surgeon, as I still see her semi-regularly. I had fat grafting just done in August. Could it be an infection from that? I am highly worried about IBC & how fast this has come on. I wish it weren't the weekend!
