So about two months ago I noticed my left breast had changed. Inverted nipple, color change, and a blush colored area that had never been there before. Then I had extreme pain for almost 3 weeks and I found a small lump on the inner mid area of my breast. I've had decreased appetite the last few months and lost quite a bit of weight and been incredible fatigued, but I chalked that up to depression over a bunch of stuff going on in my personal life.

For some background, I'm 33, never had kids, but haven't had a period in several years. Almost the entire maternal side of my family has died of one form of cancer or another. Mother died of lung cancer, Grandma died of pancreatic, Great aunt died from breast/ovarian, and 2 of my living aunts (one on both side) have had breast cancer. I have no insurance. I reached out to Planned Parenthood for help and they never called me back.

Then, the pain went away. I thought it was hormones. I had a small lump on the underside of my breast that didn't hurt, and I could still feel a pea sized lump near my nipple.

And last Wednesday the pain came back with a vengeance. I now have a rather sizeable lump on the underside of my breast, and it hurts so badly. Bras are miserable, it's so painful I'm waking up at night and taking advil to dull a little of the pain enough for me to sleep. Advice?
