Hematoma after breast and lyrics removal

lumpectomy and two nodes removed monday. Monday night large hematoma forms under breast ad breast is twice the size. Day two very swollen and red. Day three full breast plus to underarm and started to go to my side around my back. When do I decide it's serious. Weight gain three days and not passing much fliuid.

CathEth, you need to get to the emergency room right away. Have you had any of your doctors look at this? What you're describing could be cellulitis, a serious infection that needs to be checked out pronto.
