CT scan for Mediastinal lymph node ??

edited November 2018 in Not Diagnosed With a Recurrence or Metastases but Concerned

Hi- I'm a year from diagnosis. I have had breast pain for the last few months but only to the touch so my oncologist ordered a breast MRI. This showed a mediastinal lymph node was enlargedI've been scheduled for chest and abdominal ct scans. Like everyone else I have always been aware that this could spread to my organs or bones but had never heard of these nodes before. I can't seem to find much information on them. Anyone had similar? Thank you

    Hello!

    My mets were found only in the left supraclavicular nodes/chain.

    I agree that there's very little updated information on lymph node only metastasis!

    Hoping the CT comes back clear, and that there is some other reason for the node to be enlarged other than cancer. Keep us posted.
