sexual dysfunction and vaginal symptoms

Options

I was studying this product: prasterone vaginal. The Breastcancer.org article from 2016 advises against it in breast cancer patients (ER+),(https://www.breastcancer.org/research-news/intrarosa-approved-for-sexual-symptoms) but it has been studied for an additional two years without any adverse effects on serum estrogen levels. Anyone know anything about it?

Yes, I have been using this for about 6 months now. No BC dx, but I am high risk (ADH) and so was very leery about using anything that would potentially raise estrogen levels. I had a hormone panel done after the first 4 months, and my estrogen levels were unchanged (trace amounts). One thing I can say for sure is that this stuff works, although it's somewhat messy to use. I've gotten the green from my doctors

Sadly, my MO refused to let me use it. Since I'm on an AI, the AI will prevent the prasterone from working. So, back to KY or whatever doesn't work. :((
