Potential ovarian cancer

In my 5th year of remission -breastcancer. Routine test however showed increased levels in CA125 test. Result a month ago was 43 and now 56. I want to have ovaries removed. Sist on on overy visible. BRC test done in 2014 all negative. Booked for wednesday for surgery. But thinking now should I not rather opt for ful hysterectomy. My cancer previously was estrogen psitive and has been on temoxifin since then... Also confused I know many factors can increase CA125 levels. Example I am 43, I had my periods each time I went for bloodtests,my mirena needs replacing (june) but had normal periods since january where I never had periods before. Also this sist comes and go was also vsible in 2014 and went away after6 weeks. I already have menopause symptoms because of temoxifin will the it be worse after removal of overies ? Would I have to continue with medication for estrogen reduction after surgery? What would be safest for the longterm, only removal of overies or full hysterectomy.

    I am interested in knowing this to. I was er+ and when of temoxifin after 4 years now but my uterus is sore I am sure to do with the estrogen. Waiting til after Christmas to do the biopsy as I want to learn as much as I can before I just rushed into the system again. It so lame that our system causes these problems to heathy other wise people. I am take estrosmart and flax oil. Seem like it’s not hitting as much. What have other experienced after temoxifin and ya should I just get it out what happened when you do. I have a scan and it looks find. If it does cause something how long does it take.
