I find my anxiety always gets the best of me. Now i am to the point where I am sick because I am so scared.

In September I noticed what I thought was a bug bite on my L breast. Was very itchy, didn't think much of it and lasted about a week.

A month later another small raised red appeared again, I thought thats weird I wasn't anywhere where i thought i would get a bug bite. I also had a spot similar on my L hip. Itchy, red. The one on my left hip actually ended up bruising all around it. Again lasted approx a week and faded, slight occasional itchy after but not much. Now a month later from this another spot appeared! This time I as sitting on the couch and almost felt something. I went into the bedroom and again noticed a small red raised very itchy spot not sure if from itching it or what but around it quickly spread like a petichae rash. This again faded, itchyness went again but now about 10 days after this spot appeared I am having pain in both nipples. Pain/tenderness in L breast particilariy the outer portion.

I don't have any swelling, redness, ect, yet but im concerned and have an appointment next week with my NO.

From my understanding this isn’t how IBC progresses. Just from what I’ve read from the ladies and men on here who have had it. They say it does sometimes start out as a bug bite looking area and progresses very rapidly from there, most of the time within days or weeks. You would also have some sort of swelling, orange peel skin, swollen lymph nodes under your arm or above the collar bone, and pain. I think given the fact that yours comes and goes is a good indication that it’s nothing to do with IBC. I would go to your primary care doctor and let them take a look and see where you need to go from there.

Trust me, I’m not making light of what you’re feeling. I’ve just been where you are as far as where your anxiety has you going and it’s not pleasant. Maybe talk to your doctor about being put on something to help with your anxiety? I ended up having to go on Celexa and I’m so glad I did. I wish you the best and hope you get everything sorted out!

hello there i am new here. I joined because im worried bout my mom. She is 67yr old diabetic and recently had a breast ultrasound and the result came with

    BIRADS CATEGORY 4

RIGHT BREAST SOLID NODULE WITH LOBULATED AND SLIGHTLY ANGULAR MARGINS

She's about to do biopsy nxt week and i have read alot in google that this result doesn't sound good. Can anyone please enlighten me? Coz ive been crying for days now. Is this cancer? And what should we do next? I also wanted to know if its 4a, 4b or 4c? Thank you.

There is no history of breast cancer in the family but there are some men in the clan who died in different kinds of cancer: lung cancer, leukemia, and cancer in the nose.

Daughter07, try to take one step at a time. Getting a biopsy is the logical, next step, and you'll know much more afterwards. Try, if possible, to enjoy your time with your mom. You're doing all that you can, by getting things looked at.

Long time no bother you all. I have my next mammogram scheduled in approximately 1 month. I have put on weight and have always had fat underarms. I just noticed that one underarm is noticably more swollen than the other. There is also a tender lump on my upper arm, above the armpit, when I raise my arms. There is no corresponding lump on the other side. I'm trying to figure out if I should call my GYN office to see if they want to take a look before my mammogram, or if I should just wait until after my mammogram. The lumps are not new. However I just noticed the easy to see difference in size. I want to be smart and not sound like a hypochrondiac.

    Thanks♥️

My GYN is on vacation, but will return in time for me to see her Nov 1. Now to make a list so I don't forget anything I need to ask && then I need to make sure not to loose the list.
