Nausea with Tamoxifen. Natural ways to help?
Hi everyone! I am new to the community and just started Tamoxifen yesterday. I am having nausea with it even after taking it with food as was suggested. Anyone have any ideas on how to manage the nausea other than taking other pills for it? I've got a few things to try but thought I would ask for collective wisdom. Thanks in advance!

The nausea did not last long for me. Ten days or so. You might find more input by searching Tamoxifen and Nausea on this site. Best wishes

Sea Bands are used for motion sickness (and I discovered may help sleep)..but be careful if you've had a SNB...avoid that arm; I made that mistake.
Ginger also helps with nausea. You can make a tea or grate it on food or take a supplement.

Thanks for ideas! I have never heard of Sea bands. Will try! Hoping this is only a short lived annoyance.

I just wanted to post an update that my nausea has stopped! It actually lasted about 6-7 days and then started to ease up. IT DOES GET BETTER! Glad everyone encouraged me to hang in there.
