Blood flow to breast

Options

I had a lumpectomy in July well 2 . Then I had to have a double mastectomy with reconstruction. I developed necrosis due to blood flow. How can I help my breast to increase blood flow so it don't happen again?

I think this would be a question for the plastic surgeon. Foods high in copper could help incease angiogenesis, which is blood vessel formation, but are often not recommended for breast cancer due to the concern that more blood vessels mean more of a likelihood that the cancer will spread, as it can do so through the vascular system, and you may still have dormat cancer cells in your system. Also, I am not sure the type of angiogenesis foods high in copper might result in will really increase blood flow to the flap. You should ask your PS.

I fell on my right implant three weeks after the exchange. It was black and blue. I was afraid I'd ruined it. My plastic surgeon put me on an old drug design to increase blood flow called papaverine. It is no longer manufactured so it has to be compounded. My pharmacist was surprised to see the prescription. He said that is what men used to use for ED.

First of all I'm sorry things got complicated for you. This is for external use and I don't have scientific proof it'll work. I watched an episode of Misteries at the museum in which a doctor saved a child's ear after he reattached it by putting leeches on the area. I sounds a little gross but I'm gonna have a lumpectomy soon and if things go south I'll consider it.

It's obvious she has doctors to ask this questions to. If she's asking for advice is because things are not working out. If she had double mastectomy, already went through a lot of medications and tests. We can help each with options doctors don't share with us or with things they don't know because they have not gone through this. That's the point.

Thank you for all your advice. My doctors know what's going on. I was wondering if there's anything natural I could do. I should of clarify this.

Sometimes people ask here first because they are afraid to approach their doctor, they don't want to be a bother, or it is a hassle to get in touch with their doctor, or it takes a while or they forgot to ask when they were talking to their doctor, and so on.
