Red spot on breast

I had a small red/pink spot on my left lowerbreast it seemed to be a zit at first, I scratched it and I believe I popped it and then it began to peel and now it's just a red spot it's now been there for at least 2 months it hasn't gotten bigger or smaller. My breast do tend to get swollen and tender about a week before my period and sometimes I feel more pain in my left breast but this is only before I start my period and or during then it goes away, but the red spot is still there. Any ideas what it could be?

    It could honestly be a small scar from an ingrown hair (I get little zits and pimples on my chest all of the time that tend to leave little red marks for weeks after they're popped). If you're really concerned, a visit to the doc couldn't hurt.

    I have a similar red spot on my chest. Pretty sure it is a cherry angioma. They are very common and completely harmless. (More of them seem to be popping up here and there as I get older...) I would check with your doc if it worries you

    it's not really red it's more of a pink and it's on the lower part of my breast*

    I will be scheduling an appointment just because it’s already been a couple month and it hasn’t gone away.
