11 year lump

im mew here as of a few minutes ago lol...and i had to get an MRI because of my leg had blood clots and they did a full scan on my body and found a "growth" on my breast. Which wasnt surprising because ive had this lump since i was 15. I had my first child then ( please dont judge) and my boobs were full of milk. I tried and tried to breast feed but be wouldnt latch on. Anyway i was putting my bra back on after another try and the wire popped out amd poked me in my boob right where the lump is...i noticed it the day after it happened and its been there since...it dont hurt or anything its just there..no nreast pain or discharge or discomfort..non of the most common symptoms ive read about it so has anyone ever had this happen to them or know what could've happened
