Rib soreness cancer side

The past several days I've had this new soreness on my bc side. I'm pretty numb since my double mastectomy, but I'm starting to feel a definite soreness/achiness underneath/below my breast. I had prepectoral implants with alloderm. I can't tell if it's something with the alloderm or my rib. I'm totally freaking out my cancer is back. So who do I call? Do I call my plastic surgeon to see if it's reconstruction related or do i call my mo? Is it too soon to call or does it need to present for a certain length of time? Thanks for any input

    MW, I too have significant soreness under my breasts the rib. I had DIEP recon, though. I am planning to go to a cancer rehab center and when I requested my records from the PS his office sent me them directly. Now that I read what the surgery entailed, I understand why that part of the body will never be the same. Still, new pains that last more than three weeks should be checked. I'd go to whichever doctor seems more likely to order a scan. For me, that's the MO. Good luck to you.

    If persists beyond 2 weeks then call.
