Pain in breast

Today my husband grabbed my right breast and when he did, it was painful in one spot. I've never felt anything like it. When I was a teenager, my breasts hurt due to a lot of cysts and had to watch my caffeine intake. But this is different. My breasts don't hurt ever. I'm in menopause so I don't have periods anymore. Anyone ever had this before? If you poke the area it hurts inside the breast. The left breast is fine. Just curious.
