New, bony lump on collarbone, near sternum

Anyone have anything like this, a hard roundish lump, maybe 2cm., just under clavicle, next to sternum. Xray made no mention, just said no fractures. Seems like a bone spur, but weird place to get one, they usually develop in joints, and wouldn't a spur show on xray? It's on my cancer side. Radiation effect? Not moveable, no pain. Any ideas?

I'd say that any lump should be evaluated. Call you MO and ask how to proceed.

Thanks Karen , I think it needs further evaluation just to ease my mind. Appointment with onco next month, see what kind of test is appropriate, since xray shows nothing abnormal.
