    In the middle of the night when my household has all fallen asleep I come to read these precious boards. Alone, in pain or conflict I sit searching for a way to reach out to all who post on here to comfort them or issue a subtle prayer or sometimes for me to be comforted or educated, it seems as of late it has been hard for me to write or respond to most posts. But i know that somewhere in between reading the new posts i'll come to this thread, and it offers me more them just comfort, it gives me courage and strength and always brings me to tears, and I never feel alone, not after reading the prayer, and that is a strength I so very much want to thank, Patti and everyone for ... especially the regs who everyday I see write such encouraging posts to the new people who are in destress, Lord knows those that reach out to others dealing with BC are truly gifted with an ability to show compassion and Love even while dealing with similar situations, pain, treatment concerns ect... you all are indeed a blessing for those of us in need. This thread is a light that brings us all closer in prayer to our Lord. It is a reminder that Our Lord is here for us and through these wonderful ladies he expresses the way things should be, people expressing love and concern wishing each other the best, on this site all that is shown is Generous and Kind. Shall God shower his Mercy on all of the wonderful woman and people on Breatcancer.org. ~Caro~

    Patti,

    Not doing too well today, so your special prayers, even more appreciated than usual. Been too tired and felt too bad to even offer encouragement to others who have posted yesterday or today and many sound worse off than I am. You are so good about offering prayers for so many of us... just wanted to let you know how much it means to me and how much it lifts ones spirits, to have so many care.

    Thanks Patti and everyone else. I hold you in my prayers also.

    Hi Ladies..I had trouble logging on here last night and could not post our prayer chain...I have had a rough couple of days after chemo this time...I think I have fianlly turned a corner this morning and feel better.I actually want to get out and about today!!! .I am going to post our morning prayer and will be back this eveining...God Bless you all...Hope you are feeling better Pauline and Caro......xoxo Patti

    Dear Lord, Seems like quite a few of us are having a tought time after our chemo, or with our incisions, or with infections, or tests. Please help us all to feel better. Take away the cloud of pain or nausea or overall yuk that is affecting us now. If we're having a difficult time with decisions, help us find our way. Amen. Pauline

    Dear Lord please help us here tonight as we pray to you...As our friend Pauline has pointed out many here have had a very difficult week...Please help us get through these days and have the faith to know that tomorrow is new day and that you will be with us to get us through these times..

    As we come to the end of another week Dear Lord we pray for your help in coping and dealing with our breast cancer...Please help us through this week ...
    Dear Lord..Please comfort all who are suffering right now...I have read a lot of sad post this week and pray that anyone who is suffering will find comfort and will recover from what ever is ailing them..The women here are beautiful and brave Dear Lord please comfort them....


    Special prayers go out to our friend Diane who is meeting with the oncologist tomorrow to discuss chemo options..Please give her strength Dear Lord...

    Thank you for your prayers for our pilgrimage.I feel . We left Thursday afternoon and we were in Montreal Fri night. Saturday we spent the entire day at St. Joseph's Shrine. He was with out a doubt our guide and host. Sautrday night we went to Mass at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Montreal. I think heaven must look at least a tiny bit like this church. Sunday we decided to try to make it to Quebec, 3 hours one way to the Shrine of St. Anne de Beaupre where we stayed the entire day, returning back to Montreal that night. Sunday we left for home making another unplanned stop at Niagra Falls and driving home from there today.I lit candles,filled every prayer request box in both shrines with prayer requests on our behalf, and prayed for hours in these holy places. It honestly felt like we were there just a few minutes instead of entire days. One thing I found interesting was the table in the religious article stores that held boxes and boxes filled with medals of saints, more saints than you can imagine and only one box was empty, sold out of medals and that was St. Peragrine!

    I thank God for this place of power,prayer, compassion,hope and love and I pray for peace for everyone here at breastcancer.org for a peaceful night of sleep and healing. Love Marsha

    I'm asking tonight for special prayers for a 2 year old girl named Zoey diagnosed with a very rare type of cancer. She is the daughter and only child of my oncologist. I think it's so unfair that he dedicates his life to healing us and now he feels so helpless with his baby. Poor baby is getting Adriamycin!! The prognosis is poor so please pray loud!! My heart just breaks for this wonderful gentle man and his wife.

    Please watch over and heal little Zoey and give her and her family, the strength needed to get through this ordeal. May your healing touch reach out to her.. comfort her and heal her body and quell her family's fears and bring them all a quiet peace, in mind, heart and soul. It is in your name, we pray.

    My prayers and thoughts go out for Zoey and her Parents, family and friends, I'll say a special Morning Star Prayer tomorrow morning for the wee one Zoey ... I'll be on my way to the hospital right around sunrise and that is when the Morning star Prayer is Offered up to Creator it will be an honor to pray for your onc's daughter Stacy, as well as for everyone here at breatcancer.org ... Well it's lumpectomy time for me, i'll be ok and i'll be back before the nights end prolly to post an in pain post or an omg i have to wait for the results post OYYYY [Embarrassed] ) ... God Bless all ~ Caro~ P.S. Pauline if you can , can you issue an extra prayer for my Parents ...they are so scared for me & also my Hubsand who lost his father to cancer 12 years ago and this, my, well (our)experience together with BC is bringing back some very difficult times for him and he seems strong but i know that he is very scared ... i thank you very much ...     Dear Lord,

    Please, dear Lord, help baby Zoe to get a chance in this life. You've given us so much for which we thank you. We pray that baby Zoe can experience some of the beautiful riches of this life as we have. Please help her parents to deal with this. And please, Lord, bless this oncologist who has given so much to other people. We beg for your mercy for Zoe and her family.

    We thank you for helping Marsha to have a blessed pilgrimage. Her prayers have honored you, and are needed by us all. Thank you Lord, for helping me and Patti to finally recover from chemo #3. Help Diane to deal with her first chemo. Be gentle with Caro as she undergoes her surgery. Give relief and courage to her parents as they face this time with their daughter. Help them to understand and to turn to you for guidance. Please soothe the fear in Caro's husband, and help him to deal with all the feelings that are being recalled. We know, dear Lord, that you are watching over Ruth in the hospital, and please help her to come home soon. We ask you, dear Lord, to help us all find a stronger faith in You. Please send special blessings and help to everyone here at breastcancer.org. We pray for sleep tonight for Trixie and all of us. We ask you to help us to find the courage we need to deal with tomorrow.

    Our patron Saint, please intervene on our behalf for baby Zoe and her family. And continue to watch over and help all of us at breastcancer.org.

    A friend just sent me this website with another patron saint of cancer, Saint Michael of the Saints. I haven't heard of him but the website explains about him and here is his novena prayer. http://www.trinitarians.org/prayer/mike.htm

    Dear Father in Heaven, I come to you in the mighty name of Jesus and ask that you make Zoe well again. Fill her with the Holy Spirit, give her Your power and Your strength in Jesus name . Amen

    Father God of Mercy and healing, by whose loving kindness our souls and bodies are renewed, Mercifully look upon thy servants at breastcancer.org and baby Zoe, that every cause of sickness be removed, that they may be restored to soundness of health for the sake of their loving families, through Jesus Christ our great physician, we pray all these things. Amen

    My prayers and thoughts to all for your loving kindness shown to me durning the loss of my precious dad.

    Marci has her last radiation treatment tomorrow!! Please pray that she NEVER has to go through this again. Three times is enough. Please pray for her to regain her strength. The chemo, pneumonia and radiation treatments have left her very weak.

    I also ask you keep my daughter-in-law, Katie, in your prayers as she has major surgery on Wednesday the 8th.

    I pray for all you beautiful ladies.

    Special prayers go out to our friend Trixie who was released from the hospital and is recovering from having her port removed ..Dear Lord please help our friend Trixie to a speedy recovery so she can get her last chemo out of the way without any problems...

    Special prayers go out to our friend Gracie and her daughter Marcie as she prepares to have her final round of radiation...Also pray for Gracie's daughter-in-law as she prepares to have surgery............

    Patti,

    Please add Susie and her mom Sallie to your prayers. Susie was just diagnosed and her mom is in need of payers also. Also, please keep my daughter-in-law Katie in your prayers as she has major surgery on Wednesday.

    Marci is finished her treatments and is looking forward to many happy days. Thank you for keping her in your prayers and please continue to do so.

    How is baby zoe?

    Dear Lord please watch over all these beautiful and brave ladies as they continue to battle this disease. Please grant all of them a guardian angel to always watch over them. I thank you Lord for leading me to breastcancer.org when I was desperate for help and allowing me to open my heart to all who listened. Please bless each and everyone who has a need.
