Worried about faint discoloration above areola

I am 20 years old. I just turned 20 in July and I recently stopped taking depo. Since then I’ve begun noticing every little detail about my breast because they have become asymmetrical. I got a breast exam and I was told they’re fine. My third rib next to my breast on the left side is swollen, I’ve been having pain in both breasts and I’ve noticed a very faint almost bruising above my areola on my left breast. I’m petrified that it could be IBC... any help would be wonderful
