Evening Prayer

A special prayer tonight for junie, Sunshine, Jennifer, Stacy, Susan, and Lisa, who helped me make it through my pityparty today. Dear Lord, please watch over these very special ladies who helped me get through today. Thank you for giving them the spirit and words to help me plant a smile on my face before I go to bed tonight. Their understanding, sympathy, empathy, and comfort should receive special recognition from you, because you have created some exceptionally beutiful people. Please bless my pillow tonight, and forgive me for the tremendous shaking I gave it today. Thank you, Lord, for helping me recognize that the same determination and fight that I put into that pillow today will help me make it through this. And finally, Lord, thank you for the love, understanding, and support that comes from being a member here at breastcancer.org.

May all of your angels put smiles on your faces tonight and when you awake in the morning. Hugs to all of you, Pauline

HI all--

Just wanted to thank you for your prayers last week when I had my labs drawn to check tumor markers etc. Everything looked good. PRAISE THE LORD! I saw my onc. yesterday and we reviewed everything I left out of there with tamox rx another new thing to look forward to (NOT). Oh well we do what we gotta do. Thanks again ladies. Dear Lord, Please help Marsha to feel better, and give her strength, and the postive power of all the love and hugs and prayers that come to her from her sisters here at breastcancer.org. Please give her extra blessings.

We thank you for Wendy's good news, and ask you to give some extra help to Debby and liz in their first days here with us, to Diane that her 'posterior' continues to heal, to Trixie with her upcoming bone scan, to Lois for her incision, to Becky trying to help her daughter, to Jill for her 'buggy' scalp, to Kimmy with her pain and efforts to exercise, to Kelley so that her days get better, to Lynn, Lucy, Teresa, Jackie, and Cheryl with their chemo, and to Patti, who is such a spiritual leader for us here as she goes for her 3rd chemo on Monday.

Thank you, dear Lord for helping the sun to shine in me, even when it was rainy today, and for bringing me here to these wonderful people on the boards at breastcancer.org.

Thank you so much Pauline for remember me in prayer tonight. My head was bad again today but a little better tonight. I just don't get it. I pray that God empowers the immune systems He created in us the moment we were conceived to seek, find, capture, and destroy cancer in our bodies while His angels surround us and comfort us all through the night granting us sleep, free from thoughts of cancer. AND, Lord God,please allow all test results the women from breastcancer.org will be getting next week to hold wonderful news. Love Marsha

Dear Lord, Please watch over Patti tonight, she just finished another round of chemo. Please give extra strength and courage to everyone as they face the problems of dealing with spouses, children, chemo effects, rad effects, surgery effects, and the seemingly bottomless pit of decisions that we have to make. It is so hard sometimes! I know you're not really giving us any more than we can handle, but give us the strength to learn how to handle this extremely difficult time in our lives with grace and consideration for others and how it may be affecting those we love. Please bless us all with relief from nausea and pain, and grant us all a good night's sleep. We thank you for being here in this world, and ask that you continue to have our guardian angels give all of us at breastconcer.org a little extra comfort. Pauline

Thank you so much for your prayers. My head feels better tonight than it has since it started. Head or no head, I do believe we will make the trip to St. Joseph's Shrine in Montreal. We leave Thursday and everyone on breastcancer.org is coming with me! I know at the end of the day I will be comforted and filled with love and with God because I know I will end my day here before going to bed. May God bless us all especially Patti who had her chemo today and all of us who will be facing treatment, tests and results this week. Love Marsha

I'm also asking you all to say an extra prayer for me tonight and Wed. night. I go for my third chemo on Thursday, and after the accident with the adriamycin last time, I'm a little nervouse. I went to the onc yesterday about my head and she wasn't concerned at all. Whatever it was is about gone and we are going on our trip to St. Joseph's shrine in Montreal. Thank you so much for all your prayers. I can't believe we are really going. I am taking you all in my heart and prayers to this holy place. I pray for a restful, healing and peaceful night of sleep for everyone from breastcacner.org. Love Marsha
