I'm a 29 year old who has had breast pain in both breasts for the past year now. its been on a daily basis with the pain levels changing. Its to the point now where any movement of them or getting pushed into something is shockingly painful. has anyone been diagnosed with breast cancer after experiencing this? I went to my doctor when it was the 5 month point of pain on a daily basis and she did a physical exam but said to me that because its both breasts and they hurt all over that its not possible to be breast cancer. I'm sure that SOMETHING is wrong. Because how it feels is not okay at all.

Why don't you ask for a referral for an ultrasound/mammogram? While breast cancer can hurt, most breast pain is hormonal. Bilateral breast cancer is rare

I second this suggestion. Best of luck to you.
