Bony Protuberance inner table of skull..skull mets?

I have been having a few blood pressure issues since starting Zoladex and ended up in the ER a couple weeks ago. Tests showed a previous heart attack and they did an MRI without contrast to check for signs of brain bleeding or something since my blood pressure was so high. Anyway, they said all was good on the MRI and once they got my blood pressure down, I was sent home.

So today I had a follow up appointment with my GP who had sent me to the ER, and she says I need to see a neurologist as my MRI picked up a 4mm hyperdense focus most suggestive of volume averaging of adjacent bony protuberance from the inner table of the skull.

She gave me a referral letter and printed out the MRI report and just told me to go find a neurologist Well I looked online and I see so many different types. I am so confused. I see my oncologist next week for my Zoladex and to get tumor marker and vitamin d test. Should I just wait until then and ask my onc to find me a neurologist?

Thank you for any advice.. does anyone have any experience of anything similar?
