    Hi Katrina

I'm sorry to hear about your progression, I really hope this treatment knocks it back for you. I'll be thinking of you and hope you have minimal side effects.

I'm definitely much slower and spend most of my time at the gym huffing and puffing. I was determined not to lose my fitness this time round but it's so hard some days. I find running the hardest, not sure if low platelets=increased heart rate?

    AllyBee,

This disease sucks. It’s amazing how fast things can change. So far for me things are going back in the right direction and I’m praying it will continue. I’m looking forward to be able to work out. Don’t feel bad if you are a little slower...you are still at it while going through treatment. That is impressive. Nothing has ever set me back like this past progression so I respect what my body tells me and I’m trying to be patient and take it one day at a time. It’s hard because my husband and I workout together especially biking and we both miss doing that together. I trust God will get me back.

Thanks for your note and I’m praying for successful treatment for you as well.

I know I have been complaining about this-but my muscle and back pain does not go away. I take deep breaths and my side moscles hurt. I am getting so scared. I wish I knew for sure these are all side effects from the chemo!!!

Sorry about Babs. It just rips me apart when we lose someone. I am worried about Z
