Aromasin and stiff hand(s) what helps

Hi sisters!

I have been on hormone therapy off and on now for a year. I started with Arimidex but had bad bone/joint pain and had to stop. My MO switched me to Aromasin, which has less overall pain, but my right hand is super stiff and hard to bend, flex. It started out as just in the morning after waking up, but is now happening all day as I work, type, etc. I also noticed that the bone scan before I had all this cancer treatment (chemo/rads/hormone) was pretty clean of arthritis, and the latest one I had last month shows degenerative changes in my feet, knees, hands, shoulders, elbows and lower back, all of which I feel.

Is there anyone else experiencing this and what are options to treat or alleviate? I have been exercising after work now for a few weeks helps temporarily but very sore later in night.

I am feeling frustrated w all the aches and pains after battling cancer, etc. Also worried if I feel like this at 44, what will I be feeling like in 5 years, etc.

I am also type 2 diabetic so not sure if there are supplements that may help but would interfere with that.
