my 6 month follow up mammogram from my intact excision

I am not sure if I should be worried. My results show "there is again focal asymmetry within the upper outer Right breast with questionable architectural distortion. 1. re-demonstration of possible right outer architectural distortion which was previously consistent with adenosis and possible radial scar with interval removal of the associated biopsy clip by intact excision. A 6 month follow up with diagnostic mammogram with tomosynthesis and possible ultrasound, as needed is recommended. Additionally, consideration for a contrast-enhanced breast MRI is strongly recommended with further evaluation of possible enhancement within this region.
