My mother is within me...
With great grief and sorrow, I would like to inform everyone that my mother passed away on 29th August night. She passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her family and dear ones.
She finally found peace and passed into the brighter side.
Since last 3 years, this community has given a lot of support and guidance to my family for my mother's treatment to fight with the disease. You guys are wonderful and it was great knowing many of you through your stories and posts. Your words and advice gave us hope and courage, whenever we needed it most.
My heartfelt thanks to each and everyone, who have been part of my mother's journey in last few years.
My sincere thanks and gratitude to all members , who replied and commented on my posts. As I am based in India, there were many nights when I would keep awake and wait for your replies and each time I got one there was a sense of relief.
(Thanks @pajim, @tina2, @yangtan, @DivineMrsM, @BeatMon, @Siegelinde, @sybilskelto, @Madelineg, @exbrnxgrl, @ChiSandy, @Groovywilma, @Sharjin, @Tennille76, @blainjennifer,

My mom was an incredible woman, she touched many lives during her lifetime with her love and simplicity. She taught us how to be positive and strong in all given circumstances. She is the strongest person i have ever known in my life, I am yet to come across another person like her. Our family had a very humble beginning and my mother's constant perseverance changed our lives. She is survived by a family of 23 members. She had a very successful and fulfilling life.
The last 3 years has changed our lives in many ways and I understand that all members of this group are having to deal with a lot of situations on a daily basis. Be it patient, family members, caregivers or friends, each and everyone of us need a lot of strength and courage to pass this stage of our lives. I would continue to be a part of this community and keep learning from the members and help in as many ways I can. I will be forever grateful to you. Thank you.
Lalit.

Lalit, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your mom. You were the bridge to her support system.
We all understand how this disease can cause terrible pain to our loved ones; while we fighting it, tolerating the treatments, test after test after test and when we have to say goodbye.
If you were my daughter, I would be so very very proud of you. You searched for information and became her advocate. You did everything to bring her comfort.
Blessings to you.
