Milk let down sensation

goodness I'm 31 going to be 32 next month and I've been having this milk down sensation in both breasts more the left than right for maybe a month.My youngest is 10 years old! Going to get an ultrasound on Oct 4. Kinda terrifying though. Google is not my friend. I guess I'm just hopin to not panic.

    I had that sensation for a few months and my youngest was 14! The doctors didn’t seem concerned about the sensation but I was eventually diagnosed with LCIS, which is not invasive cancer, but indicates there was something going on inmy breasts. Don’t pantic, but it will be good to get it checked out.

    I had this sensation in my breast and it turned out to be a benign papilloma. Get it checked out but try not to worry.
