Breast lump that has gone down in 24 hrs

hi everyone

I made an appt with my gyno for tomorrow morning because for about a month now I’ve had this hard pea sized lump on my left breast. I woke up this morning and the lump has now gone down in size or it feels like it’s slightly deeper in my breast tissue than before. I’m wondering if I should just cancel my appt because it seems that this may have been just a cyst.

If it were me I would still go to be completely sure.

hi everyone

Just left my drs appt where the dr thinks it’s only a superficial lump like a pimple or something in the hair follicle but she still ordered an ultrasound just to be sure. They’re going to call me another day to schedule that so I’ll keep you updated!
