Breast centre appt tomorrow, scared after reading threads

Hi

I've been having electric shock pain and pulling pain in my right breast for a couple of months. Two different GPs couldn't feel lumps and didn't want to refer me but I insisted and I have been given an appt at 10.30 tomorrow at the breast centre.

Tonight I've been reading the thread about 'what did your bc pain feel like' and also 'does bc hurt' and I'm now 100% convinced I have it.

So many of you diagnosed have had the sharp stabbing pains. Also my sweat has smelled different recently and I've also had the fatigue etc.

But worse of all, I've had joint pain in my hands, feet, knees, hips, back for a year or more and now I'm terrified I'm going to be told I have stage IV.

My husband is coming with me. He thinks I'm thinking the worst and it will be trapped nerves.

Someone please talk to me

    Emmeline, I don't think hand pain and foot pain comes from stage iv MBC. Yes, you may have read about those pains from some of us stage iv folks but that's from side effects of some of the treatments.

    I didn't have pain in a breast so I can't advise you there. It's good you are getting these things checked out and I'll be hoping that you don't have any BC at all! There are many simple reasons you could have these symptoms. Keep us posted, okay?
