Lymphatic Vascular Invasion

I had a lumpectomy on 9/7. They called with the news of small tumor and 10 clear lymph nodes. That was all the info I was given. They recommend deescaleted chemo of taxol and Herceptin. I was just reading through my path report and I see that I have lymphatic vascular invasion. It seems like this is just ignored and not considered when staging cancer? I asked the oncologist about the invasion and she responded it just means your tumor is very very aggressive. Wondering if the cancer should be treated more aggressively as if I had a positive lymph node. I also know that they found a ton of DCIS, which was a surprise. The DCIS is high grade with focal necrosis. The margins were too close on the DCIS. I Don’t understand how the DCIS was not seen on the ultrasounds, MRI, or mammograms? Wondering if I need to have a BMX and just get all of this out. Any advice??
