Discoloration and other symptoms

Hello everyone! So a week ago I noticed a red area across my left breast. I didn't think anything of it. Next day, I noticed the redness covered the top of my breast and the other breast looked the same. I suddenly have very visible vessels which makes my breasts look purple during the day. I've noticed some itchiness and a dull ache that comes and goes. I saw my PCP wednesday, but as expected she did not know what was wrong. I was told I would get a call for a specialist referral. So here I wait. Should I be worried? Of course anytime I Google these symptoms IBC comes up. But no one so far can tell me a definite that it is not IBC.
