One week ago duct excision and again discharge?!

I want cry.
What happen to me. One week ago i had pre operative ductogram, duct stainingand duct excision. Today i see again discharge, how can it be possible?

A few questions for clarification: What color was the discharge originally? Has the color changed? If it was bloody before is it darker now? Who did the staining, the surgeon in the OR or radiologist in the rad dept?

year ago clear, only when squeeze.
About 3 month spontaneus, dark yellow.
Radiologist did staining and mammo.

One month ago i had lumpectomy, result sclerosing adenosis only. Before biopsy did show papilloma too

We dont worry about opaque yellow discharge. What color since the surgery?

same yellow now. Surgery said its serous. I have read its not good color
