Second failed attempt- what options are left?

Such a long process, and I’m back to square one. I developed a very bad infection on my first reconstruction attempt with expanders placed below the muscle. Fast forward almost a year later, another surgeon, aloderm and expanders placed above muscle. Two weeks after- another infection, everything taken out.

I’m disheartened and in pain. What are some other options I can talk to my doctor about? Expanders are not an option anymore.
