resin fillings and bpa concerns after triple positive dx

hi,

i was dx on 8/10/18 with idc on the left breast...i'm still trying to find docs...i had a lot of dental work done from 8-8-17 thru 2-12-18, the dentist worked on 12 teeth and filled them and lined them with white resin fillings....fuji liners with fuji IX fills. also, EPD, A3/R fills....etc...

i found another lump tonight under the right nipple. similar location as the other side.....some of my old amalgam fillings had exploded causing fractures, thus i didn't want more amalgam fills....

i read the article, "an update on BPA," by marissa weiss, M.D., after diagnosis; however, when i asked the oncologist about the correlation of dental work and breast cancer he poo poo'd my concerns...

should i have them removed....asap...would chemo and herceptin/perjeta combo work when bpa is still leeching into my system via teeth if not removed before tx?...these lumps are growing very fast...diagnosed triple positive, grade 2 no staging yet....

a tx plan suggested: herceptin, docetaxel, perjeta and paraplatin for six infusions to shrink tumor, then lumpectomy and radiation.

anyone experienced an oncologist whom thinks bpa poisoning is a real thing and/or have any knowledge of what to do in a situation like this...the clock is ticking...the tumors are growing and i don't want to feel like tx is an exercise in futility....
