Expander question

Hi there,

I've had 3 fills now (60, 60 and 100 plus whatever was put in during surgery) in my expanders but when I look down, I still see flatness. However, if I take a picture pointing up, it looks like I have breasts. Do they eventually round out? My PS says I only have a couple more fills to go but it just seems so flat to me still.

My surgery was Jun 18, 2018.

    they do fill up mrewith the next couple fills but please keep in mind the expanders are there to stretch the muscle and skin to make room for the reconstruction/ implant . You will pick your shape by picking what type and size of implant. Or if your having a flap type of surgery your stretching the skin for plenty of room for the PS to work with and to shape.
