Reducing a reconstruction years after a MS Free Tram flap

Has anyone ever had a reduction of breast size years after a tissue reconstruction. I had a muscle sparing free tram 10 years ago and everything went well. My surgeon did an excellent job and my breasts still look great. It's just that they are much larger than the ones I was born with and they feel so heavy. I did not have radiation, and had a skin sparing reconstruction. Would love to reduce their size but have not found much information on whether this is even possible.

Hello elorac and welcome to our community. That is a good question. We would probably suggest you meet with your plastic surgeon to discuss how or if a "revision" could be made. Hopefully some others will have suggestions.

Thank you for responding. Yes, I agree that would be best but I no longer live in the same state. Just curious to see if anyone has done it.
