Can MRI detect ductal or inflammatory breast cancer

And what is meaning of focally diated duct on 6 o clock position.. is it normal or I have to push the dr to biopsy it

Could be normal. Depends on if they saw something in the duct or not

The report indicates a clearly benign fibroadenoma in the right breast, that has likely been there for a long time as it has those "popcorn" calcifications which are a sign of aging of an FA.

On the left they see two things that they feel are likely smaller versions of what you have on the right and they want to do a check up in 6 months

Sounds pretty routine. Keep the 6 month appointment. If you feel something new before 6 months is up, tell your doctor.

thank you should I ask for Mri Also because I think there no justification for shape change or indend in the mammogram
