Sudden redness both sides of breast above nipples

I went to look in the bathroom today and noticed I have red marks above both nipples on each side. I thought that was weird but ignored it.

I thought maybe It was nothing but the marks have been present for hours now. There is no lumps I can feel in my breast or anything abnormal I can see.

I am 26 not family history of BC.

The marks are like lines..like veins almost..they aren't circles. They don't hurt, aren't flaky or itch. Found it weird they are in the same place on each breast. Not bright red. More like the colour of my lips. It is directly above the Areola and attaches to it. One line each side. Right side bigger and darker. Left side nipple seems inverted a little but could be normal as it is not something I ever thought about before.

I squeezed white parts of my nipple and out came white material. Thick..not runny at all.

I am on day 21 of my cycle.

Going to dr on Tuesday.
