Nerylix/ Neratinib and hormon negative
Is anyone taking Nerlynx/Neratinib while being hormon negative? All the statistics I have seen indicate it doesn't help someone who is hormon negative.
If you are hormon negative and you are taking this medicine, would you mind sharing why did the doctor recommend it to you or why did you decide to take it?

There is a current thread called "Nerlynx approved by FDA" that has a number of people sharing their experiences of taking Nerlynx. You might want to read over what's there.
I originally assumed that it was recommended more for those who are hormone negative since there isn't anything else for them to take, but it looks like there are all different diagnoses represented.

I'm hormone negative. My MO said that (so far) Nerylix doesn't seem to provide much benefit for hormone negative. So she hasn't recommended it for me.

Thank you, Bellasmom! My MO said he will also look into the statistics for hormone negative and will get back to me on this. Will post here his rec. too. Hope he's going to reach the same conclusion, although on the other hand I would love a bust in the rates.
