Hello, I am 40 and had a bad mammo yesterday with two suspicious spots found. I had a ultrasound and after 25 min and 3 people trying to find the spots on the Mammo they did. He said it was irregular and I have to have a biopsy. The other one is round and he is notconcerned. I am so scared. He rated me a 4b on the biraid scale. My anxiety is bad I can't stop crying. I don't know any family history. They can't get me in for biopsy for a week. I am trying to stay focused but can't. Everyone keeps reminding me they are mostly benign but the irregular shape has me so freaked out. I feel awful many ofyou are diagnosed and I probably sound silly but my anxiety is awful

Hi Ateague5, you're totally normal so don't beat yourself up. A week is not a bad time but it is unnerving. Curl up with good movie or book, dinner out with hubby or partner. Try to do one thing a day to treat yourself. Visit with us and feel free to vent or question all of us. Sending cyber hugs and Peace your way.

Thank you for your kind words. I am just so scared. I don't even know what all this means. I've never worried. I had no lumps and just had a mammo and boom

I am so sorry you are going though it. I am so super scared and worried. I look at my girls and I can't hold it together. I have to find a way to remain calm until it comes back.
