Vacuum assisted biopsy (ultrasound guided)

I am scheduled for a vacuum assisted biopsy on Friday. I had a mammogram last week which showed changes from last one. I had an ultrasound two days later which showed two small lesions in my left breast (6mm and 8 mm). I received a BIRADS 4a score. I feel scared after reading that some people who have yearly mammograms and only 4a BIRADS can still be diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.

I am a single mother raising a disabled child alone. I don't know how I could go through treatments and take care of my son. Having a hard time sleeping at night thinking about all of this.
