Scar tissue doubled in size

Hi ladies, my LX ( #3) was aug 2017 . I know scars change and move and grow and yes I have an appointment on the 7th. Im not worried even though it does have 2 squishy bumps on it. it doesnt really "hurt".. well.. nothing advil worthy. and it feels the size of a half dollar and shaped like a coffee bean. and my last 3d mammo was in april so I dont think anything suspicious is in there. and when i raise my arm it pokes out now.

BUT .. have any of you had scar tissue removed? ( per drs request) cause the scar tissue is blocking their view? taking up too much space?

just trying to mentally plan if they are going to want to cut me open again
