Time limit to complete reconstruction?

I had my expanders replaced with implants almost a year ago and had some fat grafting then. I plan on seeing my PS in a couple of months to discuss some more fat grafting and nipple surgery. Is there a deadline for completing my reconstruction kwith insurance). I am thinking that I would like to wait on the fat grafting and just do the nipples for now if possible.

I guess my thought is that I am finally getting in shape again and taking exercise classes and don't want to have a longer recovery time. Of course, I have no idea what the recovery time for either is, so maybe if some of you can give me some idea of how long for each, that might help!

When I had my last surgery, I also had a full tummy tuck at the same time and couldn't do anything really for almost 6 months. So I don't have any way to judge how painful or limiting just the grafting would be. I assume the nipples are no big deal. A couple of weeks?
