I'm a 39-year-old mother of one. My mother is a breast cancer survivor and her brother passed from colon cancer. I had my first mammogram in December 2017 and they found 2 cysts on my left side. I was scheduled to have a 6 month follow up mammogram in June 2018; however I missed that appointment. I've experienced the milk let down feeling for several months along with breast pain that radiated to my armpits. I had a follow up mammogram in July 2018 and the results were abnormal. Doctors discovered 4 cysts on my left side, 2 masses on my right, and dilated ducts with debris in those ducts. I had a biopsy of both breasts today and should receive the results later this week. Any feedback is appreciated!

    Hey FamilyAffair,

    Waiting is horrid. For myself, I clean , straighten and take care of business to keep my mind from going to the dark side. By all means, do some fun crazy things with that little one until you get that report Sending hugs and peace your way.
