No more treatment options!

Hi guys

I've been told that Navelbine is my last treatment option and will find out on Tuesday if my liver mets have shrunk! Any one on here living with liver mets and not on treatment. I aslo have mets to adrenal gland and extensive bone mets.

    Donna, I have liver mets but am on treatment. There's an active topic for liver mets and you might want to post your question there. There are many knowledgeable people there and a!so read back a few pages for a lot of info

    I am ina similar position. Navelbine was one of my options but I don’t know for sure if that is the chemo I am on. I had my first infusion 5 days ago. It is once monthly. I have significant bone Mets and both lungs (5 modules over .5 cm and 7 other smaller modules.). It was very hard to get out of bed on days 4 and 5 but I did it. I wanted to get one of our daughters back to college today. It was lovely. I try to put one foot in front of the other and keep as distracted and busy as I can. Otherwise, I melt down.


    Is there anyone who has been on one of these final chemo drugs who has been around awhile? I would love yo hear other people’s stories and I offer my full support and love to the lady who posted this post. It really stinks, doesn’t it?
