Skin question

I"ve been on letrozole since March, following T/C chemo and my skin is a mess. All clogged pores and bumps which isn't a good look with my 65 year old wrinkles!! Has anyone had skin issues with letrozole or is it somethng else? Also, any product suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to look and feel my best with my weird hair, thin eyebrows and now acne!!

Hi there Mudd! I can't speak to letrozole, but I'm 59 and know a lot about concurrent wrinkles and acne. I use Dr. Dennis Gross weekly vitamin C peels, plus a cleanser with AHA that my dermatologist sells. Feel free to PM me, or I welcome an ongoing thread about skin products!
