Fibroadenoma Pain Relief Solutions??

I tried searching this site for answers, but I guess I couldn't hit the right combination of words. It seems like many women have posted with painful fibroadenomas, so maybe someone can give me some tips? I'm hoping there are some secret DIY remedies that aren't found via Google. Mine is behind nipple. Pain went away immediately after biopsy, but is back even worse. OTC anti-inflammatories do nothing to ease the pain

    did you have a biopsy or did you have the fibroadenoma removed? If you didn't have it removed, ask them to remove it. They usually remove them when they start causing pain/discomfort.

    just the biopsy. He offered to remove it, but I declined at the time because I thought the biopsy provided so much relief. I am still searching for a way to deal with this while avoiding surgery. I'm going in the see PCP this week for hormonal testing
