Fibroadenoma?

okay so about 3 months ago I found a lump in my right breast near my areola. I have pain and tingling in my right nipple. I went and had an ultrasound, nothing showed up, sent me for a mammogram still nothing but radiologist could feel the lump so He sent me for another ultrasound with him standing by to guide the tech. Still nothing! Finally my doctor sent me to a breast surgeon who i went and seen on Monday. The surgeon said that I have dense breast tissue and he believes it may be Fibroadenoma and isn't concerned it's cancer. He also said he cannot guarantee that. I have surgery next Wednesday to have the lump removed and biopsied. I am scared to death. Has anyone had a problem where the Dr said it was fibroadenoma and it turned out to be a malignant tumor instead? I have been researching (I know i shouldn't it's making me even more stressed) and I feel like my lump consists more with lobular Carcinoma. But I am also not a doctor. Just very worried! I may add I have a strong family history of breast cancer at young ages with deaths. I am 34 years old.
