It's good that you are persuing treatment for your breast lump and its too bad the ER departments are not able to give you a mammogram or an ultrasound. Id suggest you find a doctor who would refer you for scans. They are correct when they say your age makes it unlikely you have breast cancer, since the average men get it is 65. So, rest easy, but look for a doctor. Let us know how you go.

As you have already learned, the ER is not set up to do routine mammograms or breast ultrasound. I know this feels like an emotional emergency, but it is not a real emergency. You have already spent a bunch of money going to the ER. Now you need to allocate your money to finding a doctor, PA or NP who can order these tests for you and follow up with you.

Fortunately, your age and gender are greatly in your favor. This is much more likely to be a benign cyst or gynecomastia. However, breast lumps, or any lumps, really, should be evaluated.

Since you have concerns I suggest you make an an appointment set up with either a Family Med or Internal Medicine Dr. As many times those may be more likely to check out the inside but they may opt for a wait and see first to see if there is any changes within a year. As I doubt a regular GP or a PA would take it too seriously.

But I have heard many times during testerone and estrogen hormones entering the body it depends on what levels they are which can create a feeling of tissue enlargement in the chest of males under the nipple which can feel like a lump and sometimes nipple discharge can go along with it like clear to white like milk discharge as yes it's possible for males to lactate . That stuff may seem abnormal but it's normal for most of the time .

Prior to feeling this lump did you start any new medications or have a change in one of your current medications? Have you started working out with weights in the past year? Taking any prescription or over the counter supplements to build muscle? Are you regularly taking any medication that is now legal in Colorado and a handful of other states? Feel free to PM me with these answers if need be.

I don’t have the money to see a doctor so I don’t really know what to do but I felt around and found a even bigger lump kinda close to the main one but it feels more Movable and then there’s some more in the middle of my nipple freaking out

It's hard to advise you where to go from here. But since you are still worried, and since you weren't offered a scan, you might want see another doctor even just to alay your fears. This time, insist that you get an ultrasound, since blood tests are not the most reliable way to diagnose breast cancer. Meanwhile, relax because your chances of getting a bc diagnosis are slim.
